[omniORB] upgrade to 4.0.1

Hi there,

  Sounds like your application calls ORB init
with the orb vendor id/identifier key omniORB3,
which does not match the expected key omniORB4
for an application using omniORB4.

  Just change the key to omniORB4 as the helpful
warning message sort of suggests;)
