[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.1 hangs in giopServer::deactivate()

Well, I still don't see what's going wrong, I'm afraid. Are you sure
it's hanging in giopServer::deactivate?  The log message that should
be printed when deactivate blocks isn't there. Please use a debugger
to see what each thread is doing. That should give more idea of which
thread is blocked.
