[omniORB] COMMA define causing compilation problems

Hi!

I have problems when trying to compile a program that both uses omniORB and 
Vocal (www.vovida.org).
Both libraries define in their headers the COMMA preprocessor symbol.
I found that the COMMA define in the omniORB headers is only for internal use, 
so I have changed that to OMNI_COMMA.

That was a simple search/replace operation in the minorCode.h and minorCode.cc 
files.
I'm attaching the patch.
It would be good if this would be incorporated in omniORB.
