[omniORB] omniNotify and omniMapper service scripts (redhat)

maybe interesting for others: service scripts for omniNotify and
omniMapper. The omniMapper service script redirects both omniNames
(NameService) and omniNotify (daemon notifd, object key
NotificationService) if present.
