[omniORB] omniORB error

Just recently, we've been having trouble getting omniNames to start.
We're running omniORB 4.0 on a Redhat Linux system.  The startup
command looks like:

./omniNames -logdir /proj/720/bin -start 2809 -ORBendPoint giop:tcp:rhlinux:12720 -ORBsupportBootstrapAgent 1 -ORBtraceLevel 5


and the error message generated is:


Starting omniNames for the first time.
Wrote initial log file.
omniORB: ERROR -- A servant has been deleted that is still activated.
      id: key<0x4e616d6553657276696365> (active)
Read log file successfully.
Segmentation fault (core dumped)


Any ideas about why this would just start happening?
