[omniORB] RPMs available for 4.0.4 and 2.4

I've posted some RPMs for omniORB-4.0.4 and omniORBpy-2.4 at

   http://www.fourpalms.org/pub/omniORB/RedHat/FC1/

These use the spec file as-is from the latest omniORB tarballs. I'd be 
happy to post builds for other platforms or distros. Also, it would be 
fine to host these RPMs elsewhere if desired.

Recent updates to the spec file include better SuSE support (and other 
improvements) from Dirk Siebnich and support for starting omniNames as 
the "omni" user rather than as root.
