[omniORB] loopback and transports

It's basically a carry-over from omniORB 2.x and 3.0.x where the
loopback was used for some in-process communication. It's no longer
used in 4.0.x so it could be removed. I'm reluctant to take it out of
4.0.x, though, in case it breaks binary compatibility if the
libraries. It won't do you any harm to rip it out.
