[omniORB] Bug fix for the ORB::shutdown

Does anyone know if the patch mentioned below was incorporated into 4.0.5?

Thanks. I've checked in your patch. The whole area of shutting things
down is currently over-complicated. I intend to rework it at some
point, to make it much sumpler.
