[omniORB] omniEvents 2.4.1 Released

This release adds bug fixes, and improved examples. Support for
Darwin/MacOSX is added. See the CHANGE LOG for details.

Adventurous souls are encouraged to try out omniEvents testing 2.5.0
instead. Although 2.5.x is not as mature as 2.4.x it is written to be
more efficient, and more standards compliant.
