[omniORB] OmniORB doubts

Hi,
 
We are testing a simple application for interoperability.
During that, we get following error - 
 
Catior is an executable that gives IOR information.
 
Here is an output of catior

Does this mean that OmniORB client "cannot communicate" with this server.
 
If No, then what is the meaning of this exception.
 
Caught Exception: omniORB.CORBA.TRANSIENT Minor: TRANSIENT_ConnectFailed, COMPLETED_NO.
 
We are facing a major problem in determining the interoperability of Omni ORB.
So please clarify the things for us.
