[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.4 and omniORBpy 2.4 released

I am pleased to announce the release of omniORB 4.0.4 and omniORBpy 2.4.

These are minor updates to the stable versions of omniORB and
omniORBpy. They consist of bug fixes and small new features. Many
thanks to all the people who have contributed bug reports, bug fixes,
and features.

The releases can be downloaded in source form from SourceForge:

Binaries for Windows, compiled with VC++ 6 are also available at the
same place. (omniORBpy binaries are not there yet, but will be
shortly.)
