[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.3: Patch to fix warning in idl compiler generated code

I attached a patch that fixes an unused variable warning in omniORB 4.0.3
idl compiler generated code.

It simply removes the variable name from the function signature if the
variable is not used in the function body.
