[omniORB] Using omniORB libraries with Visual C++ 2003/7.1 (memo ry management issues?)

Yes, I've been using this for a while.

I'm using omniORB libs rebuilt from source.  The win32 binary release of 
omniORB only works with Visual C++ 6.0
