[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.3 exception handling problems on Win2k

We experienced this problem when we used binary distributions of the
omniORB (4.0.1 and 4.0.3) along with msvc 6.0 and .net. Then we rebuilt
omniORB using vs.net and the problem disappeared (at least for .net).
Looks really strange :-\.
