[omniORB] Solaris OmniOrb 4.0.3 server hanging and not responding to incoming request

The first thing to do is to update to 4.0.5, since that fixes some
cases where a server could erroneously stop accepting new
connections.  If the problem still occurs with 4.0.5, please post
another trace with -ORBtraceLevel 25 -ORBtraceThreadId 1.
