[omniORB] omniEvents stable 2.6.1 released

This release fixes a bug in the ProxyPullConsumer implementation, and
improves
support for using omniEvents as a shared library. RPM and pkg-config
files are
now provided, to help packaging efforts.

Thanks to Dirk Siebnich for his help with this release.
