[omniORB] Omniorb 2.8.0 Servant process spawning/forking an identical child process

As far as I remember, there was no code in 2.8.0 that ever started new
processes. There's certainly nothing like that in 3.x or 4.x. I think
you must be seeing some effect of your OS, rather than of omniORB.
