[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.6 and omniORBpy 2.6 released

I am pleased to announce the release of omniORB version 4.0.6 and
omniORBpy version 2.6.

These are new stable releases. They are mainly bugfix releases, with
small new features. See the release notes for details.

As usual, the releases can be downloaded from SourceForge:

  http://sourceforge.net/projects/omniorb/

As well as source code, binary releases are available for Windows.
Currently, there are binaries of omniORB for Visual C++ 7, and of
omniORBpy for Python 2.4. Versions for VC++ 6 and earlier Python
versions will be available early next week.
