[omniORB] omniORB seems not compatible with latest cygwin!

   It looks like you are getting the make utility from Borland's C++
instead of CygWin's. Try running the CygWin setup.exe again, open the
"Devel" category, and make sure you have "make" and "gcc-g++" selected.
