[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.7 and omniORBpy 2.7 soon

Hi Duncan,
    about Windows platforms: Visual Studio 2005 (e.g. MSVC 8.0) is 
available while VC6 is slowly fading. Wouldn't it be more reasonable - 
soon or later - to switch released binaries to VS2003/VS2005 (e.g. 
VC7.1/VC8.0) instead of VC6/VC7 ?
