[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.5 on HPUX 11.23 PI (source code changes)

Hi Duncan,
I have compiled latest sources of omniORB on HPUX 11.23PI using compiler
aCC 3.58 (PA-RISC 64-bit) and aCC 5.57 (Itanium 64-bit).
I made some changes of the source code to make it compile properly. See
attached diff.
I attached the platform makefiles for ia64 and hppa platforms as well.
I have used "traditional" compiling and haven't tried autoconf yet.
