[omniORB] Compiling omni on Windows with Visual C++ Toolkit

Hi,

 I installed the omni for windows ( binary files ).
Now, I want to compile the echo sample files.
But The Microsoft Visual c++ toolkit doesn´t have the
"nmake" utility. Then I am trying to compile using the
command line cl: 

C:\omniORB-4.0.5\src\examples\echo>cl /nologo /c -O2
-MD -GX -D__WIN32__ -DHAVE_STD -D_WIN32_WINNT=0x0400
 -D__x86__ -D__NT__ -D__OSVERSION__=4 -I.
-Ic:\omniORB-4.0.5\include  -I"C:\Arquivos de
programas\Microso
ft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003\include" /Tp  eg2_clt.cc


Then I have received the following error:
c:\omniORB-4.0.5\include\omnithread\nt.h(35) : fatal
error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'windows.h':
No such file or directory


Really , I don´t have the "windows.h" file in my
computer. Did I use any wrong flag  on compilation ?

When I install the Borland C++ compiler I get the
windows.h file but when I compile I receive the
warnings:
