[omniORB] Dual NIC problem

Duncan,
    On a Windows 2K or better box, if you right click on "My 
Network Places" and go to "Properties", then go to the "Advanced" 
menu and "Advanced Settings" - you will see "Adapters and 
Bindings" - the "Connections" list at the top are what we are 
referring to as the binding order.  Our OmniOrb appears to only 
works properly if the adapter it is using is first in the list.
