[omniORB] Corba firewall traversal specification

Well, currently we've been able to get by with bidir and 
-ORBendPoint configs.

We've had some vague talks internally about implementing a 
https tunnel/proxy/transport for omniORB, to avoid the need 
to open up multiple ports in the firewalls.   As the firewall 
traversal is a related issue, I wondered if some work on it 
had been planned.
