[omniORB] OmniORB and omniORBpy

You should just install the Windows binary release of omniORBpy. You
don't need to install the C++ version of omniORB separately. If
possible, use Python 2.4 and the binaries of omniORBpy 2.7. If you have
to stick with Python 2.2, use the binaries of omniORBpy 2.5.
