[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.7 and omniORBpy 2.7 released

New stable releases of omniORB and omniORBpy are now available.

They are primarily bug fix releases, with a few minor new features. See
the release notes for details.

The releases can be downloaded from SourceForge:

They are available as source code and as binaries for Windows.
