[omniORB] New omniORB 4.0.7 Windows VC++ 6 package

Hi,

I have just uploaded an updated Windows / Visual C++ 6 binary of omniORB
4.0.7 to SourceForge. The version that was there before accidentally
required Python 2.4 to be installed. The new version uses its own
built-in minimal Python version.

Sorry if you've wasted a big download...
