[omniORB] phenomenal job on 4.1 beta

We've been trying out the 4.1 release and so far it's been great! Specifically, we're seeing that the epoll() notification facility scales a whole lot better than select(). Previously we were having problems with supporting massive number of connections (we were getting intermittent COMM_FAILUREs). 

The 2.6 Linux kernel, that we switched to, has helped a lot too.
