Thanks for pointing that out. It highlights a rather slapdash approach
to backwards compatibility by the OMG. If anyone has implemented or used
that interface with the previously published IDL, it will now be broken.

I've checked in the change, which will be in omniORB 4.1.2 to be
released soon.
