[omniORB] BUG: omni 4.1.2 / x86_win32_vc9.mk

Hi,
 be aware that the "vc9"-makefile generates DLLs with "vc8" as part of the name.
 
There is a typo in  x86_win32_vc9.mk:
 
  compiler_version_suffix=_vc8
 
should be
 
  compiler_version_suffix=_vc9
