[omniORB] Patch for omniORBpy build system: autoconf build on AIX using GCC

Hi

Attached is a patch for omniORBpy 3.2 to fix the autoconf build on AIX
using GCC.  As with my previous patch (for omniORB) it's tested on AIX
5.3 with gcc 4.2.

Same applies: let me know of anything stupid or otherwise not ideal
and I'll try to correct it.  If all looks fine it would be nice to see
it included if possible.
