[omniORB] Runtime crash in the omniORB412 dll

Hi,

I have a crash in the omniORB412 dll. The only information that
something has gone wrong is in the EventViewer :

Faulting application TSK_RTA.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module
omniORB412_vc8_rt.dll, version 4.1.2.241, fault address 0x0004276f.

TSK_RTA.exe is my customer exe that links to my DLL which in turn links
to omniORB dlls.

Any reason why would this happen.
