[omniORB] startIdleCounter exceptions

Hi,

I regularily get these kind of exceptions in the stderr while communicating with
another program (which uses orbacus):

omniORB: Unknown exception caught by a server thread at GIOP_S.cc: line 306
omniORB: Assertion failed.  This indicates a bug in the application
using omniORB, or maybe in omniORB itself.

 line: 609
 info: success

The other program then gets COMM_FAILURE exceptions.

I'd like to debug this, but I don't have any clue where that could come from,
obviously giopStrand::startIdleCounter() fails but I don't know why it could do that.
This is omniORB 4.1.3 on linux.
