[omniORB] omniNames crash

Hi,

We recently run into an omniNames crash (See gdb's backtrace at the end
of the mail) when running omniORB 4.1.0 with our operational software.
Upgrading omniORB is not currently an option since we are approaching an
important operational procedure which could be jeopardized by the
upgrade. Any workaround or help trying to trace the problem's origin
would be highly appreciated.
