[omniORB] problem with server memory deallocation

Hi Wernke,

thanks for your reply, i have inserted the _remove_ref() after the
activation with _this(); but the leak is the same observed after called
orb->destroy(); in the client also.

Is possible that there is a bug in the ORB?
