[omniORB] ANNOUNCE: Telecom Log Service Client (tlscli) 0.8.0

tlscli 0.8.0 is now available. tlscli is a command-line client for
the CORBA Telecom Log Service written with omniORBpy.

It can be used to query, add and delete log records from a running
Telecom Log Service instance, e.g. tao_tls_basic from TAO.
