[omniORB] giopStream::CommFailure from giopStream.cc: 1182 And giopStream::CommFailure f rom giopImpl12.cc:1374

Hi ,

I have below configuration.

threadPerConnectionPolicy = 0 maxServerThreadPoolSize = 100
 threadPoolWatchConnection = 0

I am using omniORB4.1.3.
I have 30 clients   running continuously.
below traces are collected @ trace level 40

I am getting below errors. Is this is a know issue in 4.1.3 ? if so, in
which release this problem is resolved?  or Do i have to take care of this
by changes in Configuration?
