[omniORB] Raising the omniorb giop message size to 8MB

There is no problem in raising it as large as you like. The limit is
there to protect you from bugs that would cause huge sends, and
malicious clients/servers that send messages claiming to be huge. If you
don't have such concerns, you can safely set it very high.
