[omniORB] omniORB installation error

Indicates it cannot find cl. I presume this is a Windows environment
from the -D__WIN32__. You need to open your command window
with the Visual Studio environment.

There is usually a short-cut available.
Start -> Visual Studio 2010 -> Visual Studio 2010 Environment

Also I have found an issue with unpacking the omniorb, to build
it myself. Before doing make export, ensure you have Full
Control of the omniorb-4.1.6 directory. The script
needs to be able to create directories and files.
