[omniORB] IDL to C++11 language mapping

Hi all,

Probably of interest for the omniorb community, there is a new IDL to 
C++11 language mapping that greatly simplifies the development of CORBA 
applications. We have posted some examples and tutorials online at 
https://osportal.remedy.nl/projects/idl2cppx0.

Implementing the mapping is still a lot of work, we have done it for 
TAO. Maybe something to also consider for omniorb.
