[omniORB] RegQueryValueEx failed - error 109

Hello all,

Has anybody encountered this error when compiling omniORB in DOS?
RegQueryValueEx failed - error 109.
Is this anything to do with dos2unix, registry, compiler or anything else?
I've already followed the readme.win32.

We're trying to compile a 64-bit omniORB 4.1.6
OS:  Windows 7 64-bit
python version: 2.7
Visual Studio:  2008
gnuwin32 lite for make utilities.
