How to build omniORBpy-4.2.1 for Windows with VC++14

Hi
I want to build omniORBpy-4.2.1 for Windows with VS2015 compiler (VC++14).
I suspect that I must use Cygwin. That is fine for me.
I found CXX and CXXFLAGS in configure options, but I am usure what do I should type in it...
Please tell me what should I type in configure options in order build omniORBpy-4.2.1 for Windows?
Or clarify: maybe omniORBpy-4.2.1 is not for Windows.
