Regression with omniORBpy ForwardRequest

I'm helping someone update the code I was working on back then, and I think a regression has occurred. We're using omniORB and omniORBpy 4.2.1.  The ForwardRequest repository IDs again don't match between the C++ omniORB code and the Python omniORBpy code.  The C++ code is using "2.3" again, and the Python code now uses "2.4".  Should both be 2.4 or 2.3? or back to 1.0?
