[omniORB] client blocked

omniORB 4.2.3 is very old now – nearly five years old. There are quite
a few bug fixes in the 4.2.x line since then.

There is no obvious reason for it to be blocked. Can you reproduce the
situation with -ORBtraceLevel 25 -ORBtraceInvocations 1   ?
