[omniORB] Echo invokes dialer

Rats! That didn't seem to do it. I even tried the 'set
OMNIORB_USEHOSTNAME_VAR' described in the online documentation, to no avail.
I've also noticed that the dialer is invoked when the implementation for the
Echo object is invoked. I wonder if that's a clue?
