[omniORB] Running dynExample on NT

Dear omniORB developers:

    I am trying to begin running dynExample (static lib first, not the dll).

    The first problem I have is related to "convenience."  Someone on your
side needs to (1) track down the reason why the applications linking against
omniORB3.lib also requires linking against omniDynamic3.lib  and (2) make it
so that they are separable (this basically seems to involve those
definitions in msvcdllstub.cc).

    Let me know if I can help -- (except shutting up, that is :)).
