[omniORB] Advanced CORBA Programming Book Examples

Hi Derek,

I'm also using omniORB 3.x (latest version) and "Advanced CORBA Programming
with C++."  Which platform and compiler are you using?  I'll be using a Sun
Ultra 10, Solaris 8, and Forte C++ 6.0 update 1.  There's a lot of tweaking
to do with the makefiles and with the files generated from omniORB.

I'm in the process of learning CORBA and I'm using the "Advanced CORBA
Programming with C++" book.

Does anyone know if the examples in the book are available for omniORB.
For
most of the examples I've tried so far, I always end up having to
change/tweak something to get it to compile and work.
