[omniORB] Failed to initialise POA's

I got a linux-mandrake 7.2. I read README.unix and do every think. but
when i run omniNames -star port i got an error "Failed to initialise
POA's...". i dont know what could cos that error. the port i choise it
is not use my other applycation. i try to make a omnORB.cfg

ORBInitialHost corba.synomia.fr
ORBInitialPort 1025

I wonder if linux-mandrake 7.2 is compatible with omniORB?
and if it s what should i do ?
