[omniORB] embedded settings

I was simply wondering, for security considerations, if it was possible to
"embedd" omniORB settings in the host application and have omniORB not
reading its settings from the registry or the configuration file?
For example one could consider to be allowed to set the transport rules in
the local settings of omniORB as a possible attack, when coupled with denial
of service, when a CORBA application is using SSL as comminication protocol.
To prevent that such settings would not ne read from a local and easily
accessible storage.
