Hi all,
A quick question about object reference.
If the corba object fails, and restarts soon, is the object reference
held by clent still valid?
I wrote a corba object, which created a child POA with
idAssignmentPolicy to USER_ID, but I found the IOR varied when the
server process started each time.
I also tested 'genior' utility, the command line I typed is like
'genior myRepID aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd 2809 MyObjectID',
everytime genior generates the same IOR.
Is there any solution to solve this problem? What POA policies should I
apply with?
That is, I want the object reference held by client is valid after
server process restarg.
Thank you!

Best Regards,
Edward
